How can I order at Scents & Senses Shop?

Order your new purchases quickly and safely via www.scents-senses.nl First add the desired products to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping you can click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the website and then on order.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel an order you have just placed.

You can easily do this from your Scents & Senses account by asking a question via the contact form or by contacting your account manager.

The product that I would like to order is no longer in stock, what now?

If the product is not in stock, we can place this product for you in backorder. as soon as this product is in stock again we will send you a message about this.

When will my order be delivered?

We at Scents & Senses strive to ship orders that are placed on a 12-hour working day to ship them the same day.

DHL almost always delivers the goods to you the next day, but must always be delivered to you within 48 hours.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, in your account you can adjust your delivery address with my details.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders from € 200.00 net are delivered carriage paid. For orders under the amount of € 200.00, € 25.00 freight and administration costs will be charged.
